Looking to join as crew, entry level nei experience

I have nei experience(I only picked an option on positions I have experience in because it is required to input form), interested in learning how to crew and sail and travel. I'm looking for beginner and entry level, willing to learn how to scrape barncles off boats and liveaboard however I don't yet have passport so I'm limited to United states
